Serengeti Nord
Olakira Camp consists of nine spacious safari tents, including one family unit. Each season, the camp relocates to key areas of the Serengeti to follow the migration.
The communal areas include a large mess tent serving as lounge and dining room, a relaxation area around a campfire, and sundowner spots perfect for watching the sunset.
The camp's philosophy favours conviviality and immersion: guests share the day's highlights between safaris and meals under the stars, surrounded by the vastness of the Serengeti.
Children are welcome from age 5 at Olakira Camp.
The camp offers family tents and adapts safaris and meals so young travellers can fully enjoy the safari experience.
Olakira Camp offers 9 elegant, comfortable safari tents, each with a private bathroom and a terrace overlooking the savannah.
The tents feature a natural decor, king-size or twin beds, and spaces open to the outdoors so that the light and sounds of the bush accompany you throughout your stay.
Some tents can accommodate a family, offering an intimate experience at the heart of the Park.
The main activity at Olakira Camp is the open-vehicle safari with expert guides who take you as close as possible to the animals.
Depending on the season, the migration, the Mara River crossings and the vast southern plains of Ndutu offer spectacular scenes.
Morning and evening safaris are included, with options for bush picnic lunches and natural viewpoints. Balloon safaris or private photographic safaris are sometimes available as an option to enhance your adventure.
