Rooted in tradition but renovated in 2016, Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge is set at the heart of the African bush with an exceptional view over a lake and the plains of the Sabi Sand Game Reserve. With a history spanning more than 35 years, the lodge has earned a reputation as a “luxury home in the bush”, known for its service excellence and personalised attention. To preserve privacy and intimacy, the lodge has 25 suites in total, including 2 villas and the Mandleve Presidential Suite. One of the advantages of safaris at Sabi Sabi comes from the fact that the reserve's wildlife has not been hunted for over half a century. As a result, the animals have grown accustomed to human presence and can be approached easily while remaining entirely wild. Enthusiasts can therefore expect unique and remarkable sightings of large mammals. Spacious and decorated with local, contemporary furniture, each air-conditioned, thatched-roof suite features a decor inspired by local traditions.

Layout

Bush Lodge was carefully designed to leave ample space to unwind. The two swimming pools and the large panoramic decks overlooking the Msuthlu riverbed invite you to cool off in filtered water or settle in comfortably to take in the landscape.
The lounge, atrium and intimate bar are tastefully furnished and make for perfect gathering spots.

Children of all ages can enjoy the EleFun centre, a dedicated facility offering a range of activities supervised by qualified early childhood professionals.

Rooms

Each of the 25 suites, the two luxury villas, and the Mandleve luxury suite has a private bathroom with a glass-walled shower offering a magnificent view over the bushveld.
The two spacious luxury villas feature a master bedroom with bathroom, an en-suite second bedroom, a private pool, a library/lounge, and a beautiful patio facing a waterhole. The suites are air-conditioned and feature sumptuous linens and classic leather and wood furniture.
The Mandleve luxury suite has a private plunge pool and luxurious interiors with sweeping views over the bushveld, making it ideal for newlyweds.

The Amani Spa at Bush Lodge is a haven of tranquillity offering a unique African spa experience.
Holistic body, skin and beauty rituals, rejuvenating massages and soothing treatments are all designed to calm the mind, bring the body into balance, preserve youthfulness, and enhance health and vitality.
