A journey through the flooded labyrinth of the Okavango Delta, among the reeds and pools of water where hippopotamus rest. Relaxing.
A boat safari lets you cover greater distances than a mokoro safari without reducing the opportunities to observe the delta's wildlife and flora.
Along the channels, you'll see birds resting in the reeds, elephants drinking, or antelopes searching for edible greenery.
Important: mokoro and boat activities depend heavily on the southern African summer rains (January to March) in Botswana, as well as in Angola, where the Okavango River rises to feed the Delta.
