The Inkaterra Machu Picchu hotel is located on the edge of the town of Aguas Calientes, within a stretch of rainforest just steps from the train station that gives access to the Machu Picchu site.

The setting is simply perfect. Along the Urubamba River (Rio Urubamba), the hotel's villas are spread through the first stretch of forest. Behind the last villas lies a vast forest area with trails ideal for walks.

The hotel includes 83 casitas, a first-class restaurant offering sweeping views over the Vilcanota River and sharing the secrets of Peruvian cuisine with a contemporary touch, as well as a spa.
