Located just 11 kilometers south of the entrance to Denali National Park, Tonglen Lake is now home to a luxury Alaska-style accommodation for visitors seeking an exclusive Denali experience.
Traditional elegance enhances the view over Tonglen Lake and the imposing Alaska mountains surrounding the lodge. Wooden furniture, quilts, pottery, paintings, and glasswork handcrafted by exceptionally talented local artists accent the décor.

Layout

Tonglen Lake Lodge offers 10 exclusive chalets. This striking two-storey building, the main pavilion, offers spectacular views of the Alaska Range peaks surrounding Lake Tonglen. Massive hand-hewn logs from the Fairbanks area were skillfully crafted into an impressive creation, in keeping with Donna’s design.
A café, art gallery and many other facilities complete the pavilion.

Rooms

Each cabin is nestled in a private wood and offers European-style bedding on a king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, and heated tile floors.
The artistic decor showcases the work of artists from the region.
