Terre-Neuve
The inn offers floor-to-ceiling views of sea and sky from its 29 rooms. It includes a dining room, a bar, a library, an art gallery, a cinema room and a relaxation area with sauna.
The rooms on the third and fourth floors all have wood-burning stoves. The ceilings of the fourth-floor rooms follow the dramatic pitch of the roof, giving the three easternmost rooms double-height volume, with the sleeping area set on a mezzanine. Particular care was taken to ensure exceptional soundproofing, so that visitors hear only the sound of the nearby ocean waves. Every room in the lodge was built using only natural materials — wood, wool, cotton and linen. The only plastic in the rooms is the telephone.
The fourth-floor rooftop is home to the lodge's wood-fired saunas and two outdoor hot tubs.
