Built of wooden logs, this upscale hotel overlooks the Ytri-Rangá river, ideal for salmon fishing. It is located 6 km from the Saga Centre historical museum. Hotel Rangá offers 52 luxurious and comfortable rooms across different categories. 

It also features a gourmet restaurant, a bar, outdoor hot tubs, a games room and conference rooms.
The hotel's restaurant is a renowned fine-dining establishment in southern Iceland, overlooking one of the country's finest salmon rivers. The restaurant's guiding principle is the “farmers' market” concept, relying mainly on fresh local ingredients of the highest quality.

Hotel Rangá is an ideal base for exploring Iceland's highlands, glaciers, volcanoes, black sand beaches, fishing villages, magnificent waterfalls, hot springs, cultural centers, historical sites, nature reserves and much more. Year-round, Iceland always has something unique to offer.

The rustic-chic rooms and suites have free Wi-Fi access, a television, an en-suite bathroom and tea and coffee-making facilities. The luxury suites are fitted with a jacuzzi and a mini-fridge, and feature decor inspired by the theme of the continents.
