The remarkable natural environment of the Coba and La Laguna region is characterised by striking lagoons, a cenote with crystal-clear waters, and a semi-deciduous jungle with trees reaching up to 30 metres in height, along with an extraordinary biodiversity of flora (more than 300 species) and fauna (potential habitat for more than 300 bird species and numerous other species under special protected status, such as jaguar, puma, ocelot, collared peccary, white-tailed deer, red brocket deer, agouti and many others).
On the programme: meeting the local community and visiting the Coba site by bicycle.
