Siruai Exclusive Mobile Camp offers a private service, ideal for bringing together families or groups of friends seeking absolute exclusivity.
The mess tent sits atop a remarkable viewpoint over the valley, overlooking a salt lick and a waterhole regularly visited by elephants and Grevy's zebra.
During the day, staff set up breakfast and lunch in different locations — by the river under the watch of hippos, or out on the rocks in the open air. Dinners are taken around a long communal table flanked by safari chairs. Adding to this authentic atmosphere, meals are prepared outdoors over an open fire!
Evenings are enhanced by warm campfires, perfect for enjoying superb sunsets and, once night falls, a sky full of stars.
The camp has electrical facilities but no wifi, and phone connectivity is limited. We encourage you to make the most of the freedom of being disconnected!
Children of all ages are welcome, with the option of accommodating up to 3 children with their parents in one tent.
Hidden beneath fig trees and among large granite boulders, all seven tents are oriented to make the most of spectacular views.
Here, there is no pursuit of elaborate aesthetics or sophisticated amenities — the focus is on the practicality of a collapsible, temporary camp.
The setup is simple yet refined, for a traditional safari experience: a cosy bed with linen and cotton fabrics, a woven rug, a wooden washstand with copper basin, bucket shower with hot water, flush toilet...
This region of Kenya is ideal for adventurers. Activities are flexible and tailored to each guest’s preferences. They take different forms: in the comfort of a private 4x4 with a personal guide, on foot through the bush, or by kayak on the river’s waters and rapids...
Hike along rocky ridges, navigate river valleys, go fishing… There’s even a natural pool for swimming and diving at the foot of a lovely waterfall!
