Built in 1995 in Chilean shipyards, the Skorpios III was fully refurbished in 2012. It measures 70 metres long and 10 metres wide. It belongs to the “Skorpios” fleet of cruise ships specialised in navigating Chilean Patagonia. It can accommodate up to 90 passengers in 45 double cabins spread across 5 decks, along with 34 crew members. The ship offers spaces for your comfort, such as two lounge-bars (Zeus and Apolo) and a large panoramic restaurant.

Each day, zodiac excursions and walks are organised to discover Patagonia and the magnificent Chilean fjords.

Layout

Passengers can enjoy the lounge at their leisure while sipping a drink or savouring a good meal. The bridge is freely accessible. Smoking is prohibited on board except on the outer decks.

The San Apolo lounge and the outer decks offer sweeping views of the surroundings. For fine observation and outdoor enjoyment, a sun deck is available on the Olympe deck.

Rooms

6 cabin categories, spread across the ship’s 5 decks: Athens, Acropolis, Parthenon, Olympus and Athos, each with a private bathroom, safe and flat-screen TV. What distinguishes one cabin category from another is the deck height, the surface area (11m2 to 17m2) and whether it has an opening to the outside. All cabins on the Athens deck have no outside opening, but cabins on the other decks all have one.
