A fresh, dynamic menu built mainly around fresh seafood and local, organic produce. The chefs lovingly craft soups, mezzes and mains including grilled seafood, Mediterranean-inspired specialities, as well as traditional Sri Lankan rice and curry.

Meals are served in the Frangipani Courtyard overlooking the pool, or in the bistro’s dining room, at times that suit you.
