Layout
The Nomad Beach Resort welcomes travellers to a preserved natural setting of absolute calm.
Only the sound of waves and birdsong disturb the atmosphere here.
The restaurants serve local cuisine prepared from local ingredients, in keeping with the “Thinking Green” spirit, from garden to plate. Fruit, vegetables, herbs, spices and eggs are harvested from the Nomad organic farm, while the sea provides the freshest fish and seafood.
Riva’s bar, next to the pool, serves light lunches and fabulous cocktails during the day, in the shade of the canopy. In the evening, lights and garlands cast a soft glow over the space for dinner.
The Nomad beach bar, with its superb ocean views, serves breakfast, made from local and homemade produce. Dinner is also available there.
On the environmental side, every booking at the Nomad Beach Resort helps support the Diani Turtle Project, an organisation dedicated to protecting Diani's marine ecosystems.
Rooms
Nomad Beach Resort has 30 luxury rooms and suites (some interconnecting for families), as well as seven private cottages, all featuring a unique design and furnished with traditional carved Swahili pieces. All rooms come with air conditioning, a minibar, a safe, free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom with hairdryer.
The beach chalets have a terrace with ocean views.
The larger suites include a separate lounge area and their own jacuzzi.
Several villas, with 2 to 8 bedrooms, are also available for private hire. Nestled within a tropical garden with direct access to Diani Beach, they are spacious and well suited to families or groups, offering great privacy while still providing access to the resort's services and facilities.
Depending on the villa chosen, a butler and private chef can complete this exclusive experience.
SPA
Forest Breeze Spa offers traditional massages, as well as Ayurvedic and reflexology treatments.
Activities offered
The property has a swimming pool set within a tropical garden.
A 5-star PADI dive centre is also on site, offering diving lessons, wreck dives and opportunities to observe marine wildlife such as whale sharks.
Other water sports are available, including kitesurfing, windsurfing, kayaking and deep-sea fishing.
A gym, 24-hour front desk and excursion desk round out the hotel's offering.
An 18-hole golf course is also located 2 km from the hotel.
