The spirit of the journey

Kenya's finest sites seen from the sky, staying in lodges of great character with quality service by Elewana, a benchmark name in Kenya.

Meru National Park and Elsa's Kopje lodge are among Kenya's legendary sites.

The Laikipia reserve, at the foot of Mount Kenya, is arguably one of the country's finest wilderness areas.
And then there's Loisaba, in its northern reaches, where you'll spend 2 nights. The landscapes are simply splendid!

As for Sand River Camp in the Masai Mara, where you'll spend a few nights, it matches the density of wildlife found in Kenya's — if not Africa's — most popular reserve.
A location far from mass tourism, a charming atmosphere, remarkable service. A Masai Mara must.

SkySafari offers you the chance to travel between locations aboard a 9-seater Cessna Caravan, with fixed departure dates to minimize costs by sharing the experience.
At the lodges, you’ll go on safari with an English-speaking guide and the lodge’s 4×4, which you may share with other guests.

MERU NATIONAL PARK

Your flying safari begins at Meru National Park, which you’ll reach by air, taking in Kenya’s striking landscapes along the way.
The Big Five, cheetahs and numerous other species await in this lightly visited park of acacia forests, where you’ll feel as though you have the world to yourselves.

Named after the famous lioness Elsa, who was released into the park, your lodge Elsa’s Kopje, where you’ll stay 2 nights, offers a range of activities such as guided bush walks, a visit to the local school and community project, fishing in the Tana or Rojewero rivers, sundowners, or simply time to relax by the pool.

Elsa Kopje

LAIKIPIA – Loisaba Conservancy
Watch the sun set behind the hills with sweeping views over the Laikipia plains from the Loisaba reserve, a magnificent private wilderness area of 23,000 hectares teeming with wildlife.

Loisaba Tented Camp, perched on the edge of an escarpment, hosts you for 2 nights. It offers an unobstructed, breathtaking view over the mottled Laikipia landscape, with Mount Kenya as a backdrop.

With warm days and cool evenings, those in the know consider the Laikipia plateau to be the ideal place for a safari.
In the warmth of the African sun, the view from one of the most picturesque pools in Africa is simply remarkable.

Loisaba Tented Camp

MASAI MARA
The long-awaited Masai Mara brings your journey to a close, and your final safaris here will stay with you.

You’ll be able to observe wildebeest, zebras, gazelles and other antelope species, along with their usual predators (lions, leopards, cheetahs…). During the Great Migration, between August and October, animal concentration reaches its peak.

Sand River Mara is located at the southern edge of the Masai Mara, near the Tanzanian border, along the banks of the Sand River, from which it takes its name. An area set apart from mass tourism, ideal for observing the Great Migration.
Here, you’ll enjoy unforgettable safari outings, with full days exploring the vast Masai Mara reserve.

Elewana Sand River
