022 512 70 70Uganda, “the pearl of Africa” as Churchill liked to call it. It is no surprise that this remote region of the Rift Valley so fascinated Europeans. The country's extraordinary wealth of wildlife and breathtaking landscapes earned this lush land such a passionate nickname.
Travelling to Uganda means venturing off the beaten track, following in the footsteps of the early explorers who set out in search of the sources of the Nile and the majestic Lake Victoria.
It also means having the rare privilege of encountering mountain gorillas and chimpanzees in their natural habitat, at the heart of the Kibale and Bwindi forests, or going on safari to observe the hundreds of wild bird species found in the country, including the shoebill stork.
Uganda, an African country quite unlike the others.
And a journey that is every bit as unique!
