528 Victoria Falls Guest House is set in a quiet, green neighbourhood, close to all the restaurants and activities of Victoria Falls town.
Paul and Meredith, the hosts, wanted a distinctive architectural design, both modern and timeless, combining coloured tones, wall sculptures, and unique handcrafted pieces such as chandeliers.

Layout

The property has only 8 rooms, ensuring genuinely personalised service.
Other facilities include a separate lounge and dining room overlooking the pool and lush gardens. Beyond the public areas, the main building and gardens hold numerous private corners for relaxing and recharging.
The “Treetops” bar, on the hotel's rooftop, offers a spectacular view over the ribbon of the Zambezi and, beyond it, Zambia. Sipping a gin and tonic while watching the sunset here is a real pleasure!

In detail, five double rooms, one triple room, a family suite for 5 and a family room for 4 accommodate travellers. All have private bathrooms and are equipped with air conditioning, a tea/coffee tray, a hairdryer and a safe.
The stay includes a full breakfast.
