Kaingo Camp aims to satisfy demanding photographers. This camp was built by the Shenton family, wildlife guardians for three generations. Some family members have even worked as wildlife guides.

The camp offers open 4x4 safaris with a maximum of just 4 people per vehicle. The experienced English-speaking guides know photographers' habits and know exactly how to position the vehicle for the best angle, the right distance, the right light. Bean bags, dust covers, mounting stabilisers and facilities for recharging your equipment are all available. Private vehicle hire is possible, at an additional cost.

You will also have the opportunity to observe wildlife on walking safaris, with a maximum of 6 people accompanied by a guide and an armed scout.

The third activity offered by the lodge is access to hides reserved exclusively for camp guests. Ideal for the morning tea/coffee break or for sundowners. This is an interesting experience for anyone who loves wildlife and photography. It allows you to get close to the animals and observe them quietly in their natural environment. A “boat” hide is moored in front of a colony of carmine bee-eaters (best visibility between September and October). There are two other hides: one on 2 levels for observing hippos and elephants, and a second located beside an elephant crossing point, where you can spend the night.

The camp also has a room specially designed for editing your photos.
