Aguas Arriba Lodge is located on Lake del Desierto, 37 km from El Chaltén, the country’s trekking capital.
This lodge enjoys an exclusive, privileged setting, entirely private for its guests. Set on the eastern side of the lake, it offers a magnificent view over the water, the north face of Mount Fitz Roy, Mount Torre and the Vespignani Glacier.
The lodge is part of Estancia Rio de las Vueltas, a 700-hectare property of mountains covered in century-old trees.
Aguas Arriba Lodge respects and cares for its surrounding environment: far from the chaos of towns, here you immerse yourself fully in nature.

Layout

The lodge is a rustic mountain cabin built entirely from wood, much of it sourced from a burned forest in northern Patagonia.
It comprises 6 rooms as well as a dining room with large windows, a terrace overlooking the lake, views of the glacier, and a fireplace.

Children are welcome at Aguas Arriba Lodge.
