À vivre

Located around 1.5 hours by car from Sydney, the Blue Mountains region is a destination not to be missed for anyone travelling through New South Wales, Australia. The name “Blue Mountains” comes from the oil released by eucalyptus trees, which evaporates and forms a blue haze above the range. Rising above 1,000 metres, this sandstone mountain range stretches 260 km from north to south and covers more than 247,000 hectares. One Tree Hill is its highest point, at 1,111 metres.
Discover Australia's own “Grand Canyon” in the Blue Mountains — scenery that takes your breath away.
This UNESCO World Heritage region, over 400 million years old, has been a favourite destination for nature lovers for more than a century.
