Perched on a hill overlooking the magnificent Lake Kariba, Bumi Hills Safari Lodge is the ultimate place for rest and relaxation. The lodge stretches down toward the lake, where elephants and buffalo graze along the shoreline alongside zebras, wildebeest, impalas and waterbuck. In nearby Matusadona National Park, you may spot black rhino, leopard, or lions on the prowl.

Layout

Bumi Hills Safari Lodge has 10 rooms, all offering magnificent views over the lake, with superb sunrises and sunsets to admire from your private balcony. The 2-bedroom Baobab villa is ideal for families or a group of friends.
The elegantly furnished main lounge offers a range of entertainment, with DVDs, WiFi connection, board games and a pool table. If you're in the mood to be pampered, the lodge is also equipped with a cocktail bar and a spa overlooking the lake. Don't be surprised if you spot a herd of elephants drinking from the lake in the afternoon.
You can also relax in the superb infinity pool.

Bumi Hills Safari Lodge has 10 rooms and one exclusive 2-bedroom villa, Villa Baobab.
All rooms have lake views, a bathtub and shower, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, air conditioning, a mini-bar, coffee/tea maker, safe and balcony or veranda.

Bumi Hills has a spa where guests can relax after a day of safari.

Activities offered

Spend your days cruising the lake, enjoying magnificent views and incredible light shows, and try your hand at tiger fishing. Head out on a lakeside safari or a bush walk in search of dinosaur footprint fossils, or go in search of the Matusadona lions.
You can view wildlife from open safari vehicles, on foot with a professional guide, or by boat. A sunset cruise offers guests wonderful photographic opportunities, particularly of Kariba's famous sunsets. Birdwatching and occasional fishing are also available.
