À vivre

Chitabe Lediba Camp is a smaller version of the main Chitabe Camp, built a few hundred metres away on the other side of the same island.
An intimate camp, ideal for groups of friends and families.

Layout

Chitabe Lediba comprises five Meru-style tents on wooden platforms, including 2 large family tents with double rooms, enjoying the same luxurious facilities as the neighbouring camp.
A dining room, lounge and swimming pool offer superb views over the surrounding floodplains and a small waterhole, where wildlife comes to drink during the day.
The southern region of the Moremi Reserve is known for the diversity and beauty of its natural habitats: acacia and mopane forests, lush plains, dark marshes, winding channels of the delta...

Rooms

Each room has an outdoor shower overlooking the floodplain.
The two family units have connecting rooms and private bathrooms. The five spacious tents are built on raised decks.

Activities offered

Morning and afternoon safaris explore the Chitabe concession.
The evening safari returns to camp after nightfall, giving guests the chance to spot more elusive nocturnal animals such as the genet, civet, serval, and porcupine. Wildlife seen on safari includes elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard and cheetah. African wild dogs can also be spotted in the area.

You may also see zebra, tsessebe, giraffe, kudu and impala.
