Loisaba Lodo Springs offers refined decor with a touch of Africa.
There are eight tented rooms, decorated with antiques and vintage objects, hand-restored in Kenya.
The rooms are spacious and custom-designed with large floor-to-ceiling windows, wooden floors and contemporary furnishings, each with a luxurious private bathroom. The rooms look out over the Laikipia plateau with views of Mount Kenya in the distance. Each room also has a lounge area with chairs and a desk, along with loungers set on a private veranda adjoining the room.
This region of Kenya is ideal for adventurers, with day and night 4x4 safaris, walking safaris (ages 16 and up), bush walks (ages 16 and up), camel safaris, horseback rides (ages 12 and up), a visit to a Samburu village, as well as mountain bike rides (ages 12 and up) and even the opportunity to visit Loisaba Conservancy’s anti-poaching unit to learn about their training and daily operations, and watch a demonstration in action. Fishing is possible in season, and helicopter safaris can be arranged at an additional cost.
