Torres del Paine
Set on the shore of Lake Pehoé, the hotel offers unobstructed panoramic views of the Paine massif and its granite towers.
Its architecture expresses the luxury of simplicity, allowing travellers to fully experience the essence of this remote place in complete tranquillity. Wood plays a central role in the construction, which showcases species such as lenga beech, cypress, and almendrillo.
A family trip means sharing an experience together and enjoying unforgettable moments and stories as a family. Our programmes include activities for all ages, and our spaces are designed with families in mind.
Walking through the beech forests of Tierra del Fuego, reaching the base of the Torres del Paine, riding across the park's pampa and rivers on horses specially trained for Patagonia's terrain, or sailing on the turquoise waters of Lake Pehoé are among the experiences on offer.
Within the park, there are exploration options as varied as the tastes of its visitors. Each route is its own adventure and a unique experience, with charm in every detail. Alongside the various animal species frequently observed in the area — puma, grey fox, hog-nosed skunk, ñandú, guanaco and condor — there is also an incredible diversity of plants and flowers.
One of the best-known routes is the legendary W, which follows the trails around the Paine massif and requires at least five days. It takes in explorations to the base of the Torres, the Grey Glacier and the French Valley. A good alternative is to combine some of these routes with explorations of lesser-known areas of the park, on foot or on horseback.
Hikes vary in length and level of difficulty. Full-day hikes offer the privilege of lunch out in nature. The horseback rides are designed for beginner, intermediate and expert riders alike, and are accompanied by gaucho guides.
