Layout

The villa is built over 2 levels, with the upper level comprising the main living spaces, 4 bedrooms and a separate television room equipped with the latest Smart TV technology and a DVD player.

The lower level houses two further suites, an entertainment room with conference facilities, a home cinema, a ping-pong table and other amenities for leisure, along with a private gym.

With its open-plan design, the kitchen and dining room flow into one another and extend onto a private heated wooden deck with a geothermal hot tub and changing rooms.

Each room, of varying size, is beautifully furnished with quality bedding, linens and striking views.

The private lower-level suites feature king-size beds, each with its own bathroom and access to a private veranda; they are well soundproofed and extremely spacious.

The rooms are fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, television, DVD player, Wi-Fi and many other amenities.
