Layout

The resort spreads across an extensive natural estate on the lagoon’s edge. It comprises more than 130 villas and residences, all standalone. Common areas include several restaurants, bars opening onto the ocean, a beach club, a large main pool, and a wellness centre.

Landscaped paths connect the common areas, accessible on foot or by buggy. The resort also offers direct access to a private island reserved for guests, with its own beach and restaurant.

Four Seasons Anahita offers only villas and residences with private pools, ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms. Each villa has generous indoor and outdoor spaces, a furnished terrace, a pool, a garden or direct lagoon access.
