Hotel Geysir is a family-run hotel located near the geothermal area in the historic Haukadalur valley. It opened on 1 August 2019. The new building connects the existing services in the area and was designed to reflect nature through the choice of materials, blending into the surrounding environment. Hotel Geysir has 77 rooms and 6 suites.
The restaurant places great emphasis on ensuring guests enjoy an excellent food and drink experience and an unforgettable evening in a beautiful setting. Geysir's restaurant is an à la carte restaurant offering varied dishes and good food to suit everyone. Here you'll find everything from light dishes, Icelandic seafood and international fare to a three-course dinner.
The hotel offers a 24-hour reception, room service and free Wi-Fi throughout its premises. Free private parking is available, and the hotel offers a bicycle rental service for exploring the surrounding area.
