Layout

The guesthouse is steeped in history, located in one of the oldest buildings in the whale-watching haven of Hermanus. It stands on a property renowned for its excellent whale-watching vantage point, facing the original freshwater spring around which the village of Hermanus was founded.

La Fontaine is not a hotel. It is a house with just 5 rooms, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
A lovely outdoor pool is available to guests, and numerous nearby restaurants will welcome you for your meals.
At La Fontaine, a delicious breakfast is served on the patio, offering a panoramic view over the bay.
