This refinement continues through the 13 spacious suites, where balconies offer spectacular views of the sea or the mountains of the Western Desert. The interior decor blends opulent silks, antique furniture, and a remarkable collection of antiques and works of art.
At the restaurant, chef Vincent Guillou, based in Egypt for some twenty years, serves cuisine blending local and European flavours. He composes his specialities from fresh produce from the vegetable garden and the market, served in the charming dining room, in the shade of the terrace, or in the privacy of the suites.
In addition to the seaside pleasures of the Red Sea, La Maison Bleue offers a setting for relaxation on its private lagoon, with a pool and spa for a soothing retreat.
