Little Vundu comprises 6 spacious tents, set beneath the trees, open to the surrounding nature.
The communal areas include an open-air lounge, a convivial dining area and a campfire where guests gather at sunset.
Meals are served under canvas or beneath the stars, depending on weather conditions.
There is no pool, but direct access to the river and sweeping views over the plains.
The tents are large, airy, fitted with comfortable beds, a private bathroom and an outdoor shower. The style is simple and natural, with locally made wooden furniture. The canvas opens wide to let in light and the breeze off the Zambezi.
The camp offers a single category of tent, all identical, ideal for couples, friends or families.
A wide range of activities is offered: walking safaris, canoeing, and open-vehicle safaris.
Little Vundu is renowned for its walking safaris, led by experienced guides. The wildlife observation here is close, intimate, often moving.
Feel the adrenaline on a canoe descent down the Zambezi River, admiring spectacular scenery while navigating among hippos and crocodiles.
Let yourself be guided – you won’t be disappointed!
Your guide will go the extra mile, getting you out of the vehicle whenever the chance arises to follow tracks or approach an animal.
Standard activities are included; certain special excursions may be offered at an additional cost.
