Mana Pools
Nestled between the mighty Zambezi River and a waterhole frequently visited by elephants for their mud baths, Mana River Camp, run by Machaba Safaris and its dedicated team, offers a warm, family atmosphere.
It is also renowned for its delicious cuisine, served under the main tent or outdoors.
The six luxury tents at Mana River Camp are perfectly positioned facing the mighty Zambezi River and surrounded by tall mahogany trees and iconic acacias that frame the river and draw abundant wildlife to the area.
Staying in a safari tent immerses you in nature without compromising the comfort and security of a luxury room. Your ears will pick up the gentle rustle of leaves or the distant roar of the mighty king of the savannah.
Mana River Camp belongs to Machaba Safaris, which places great importance on the communities of Botswana and Zimbabwe, supporting them through education, empowerment and conservation initiatives.
Children welcome from the age of 6.
The camp has six elegant tents with private bathrooms overlooking the Zambezi River.
From the small terrace fitted with folding chairs, you have a view over the river.
The bathrooms have running hot and cold water and western-style flush toilets, allowing you to freshen up, relax and reflect on another exciting day in the wild.
From 4x4 safaris to walking safaris led by our highly qualified guides, there’s always something to see and do.
On request, canoe safaris may be possible depending on the season and water level.
