À vivre

Mpala Jena Camp is located in a private concession within Zambezi National Park, shaded by indigenous trees, just 16 km from Victoria Falls.
The camp takes its name from the spring that runs through the concession and draws abundant wildlife. According to local national park rangers, Mpala Jena, meaning “white impala”, owes its name to an albino impala spotted in the area in 1979, when Zambezi National Park was created, separated from Victoria Falls National Park.

The camp's four tents are housed beneath striking canvas, with open views over the river. Moroccan influences in their decor pay tribute to the early adventures of Arab explorers on the Zambezi in search of gold in the 16th century. The terrace in front of each tent leads to a private plunge pool overlooking the waters of the Zambezi.
