Your host Robin knows there are times when you need to pause your journey — do the laundry, write letters or emails, sit down and rest.
The lounge features a comfortable leather sitting area, a television and a kitchenette with biscuits and a range of teas, coffees, herbal infusions and hot chocolates. It has a balcony overlooking the farm and Greymouth. Wireless internet access is available for checking your emails.
For your children
Oak Lodge is not suited to children, and unfortunately we cannot accommodate children under 12.
Rooms
You can choose from six rooms, each with a private or en-suite bathroom. Whether travelling as a couple, a family, a group or alone, a well-furnished, comfortable room awaits you.
Oak Lodge offers six rooms, all on the second floor, with super king, twin and queen beds. Four have a private bathroom, and one has a private bath and shower across the hallway. A fully self-contained cottage is available for those wanting more independence.
Activities offered
While ideally located for visiting Greymouth and the West Coast's attractions, Oak Lodge offers leisure facilities should you prefer a quieter break during your journey: a billiard room, thermal pool, sauna, tennis court, and extensive gardens.
