Tucked into a hidden valley at the foot of a dolomite hill in the Ongava Reserve, on the edge of Etosha National Park, this charming camp ranks among the best lodges for exploring the western part of Etosha National Park.

Layout

Ongava Tented Camp comprises 8 safari tents.
The bar and dining room overlook a waterhole that can be quite busy in winter. This lodge also has a swimming pool.

Rooms

The classic Meru-style safari tents feature double doors, a covered veranda, safe, ceiling fan, mosquito net, tea/coffee facilities and 220V power. Each tent has a private bathroom.

Activities offered

Ongava's proximity to Etosha makes it possible to organise safaris both in Etosha National Park and within the Ongava Reserve itself. Other options include guided walks and birdwatching.
