Departing from Rancho Humo Estancia, a 90-minute Land Rover safari takes you across kilometres of wetlands where wildlife appears to rule the land. Hundreds of waterbirds circle overhead and feed on the richness of these lands. Keep an eye out for roseate spoonbills, storks, herons, anhingas, cormorants, northern jacanas, and the jabiru (the largest waterbird in the Americas and on the brink of extinction), among many others.
