Safari House is an exclusive safari house set within the vast Etosha Heights Private Reserve, on the edge of the famous Etosha National Park.
This traditional Namibian farmhouse has been transformed by Natural Selection into a private retreat combining genuine African hospitality with contemporary comfort.
Surrounded by wildlife-rich wilderness, Safari House offers an unmatched safari experience, away from the usual crowds. The greatest luxury here is total freedom: a private guide, vehicle and chef are at your disposal to design your days exactly as you wish.
Whether setting out at dawn in search of large mammals, observing black and white rhinoceros, or simply enjoying a quiet moment by the pool, every moment is tailored to you.
The atmosphere is convivial, inspired by nature and centered on wildlife encounters in a pristine landscape. And to top it off, your stay also contributes to local conservation and rhino protection through initiatives supported by Natural Selection!

Layout

A traditional Namibian house available for private rental for groups and families, Safari House includes 3 en-suite bedrooms, a lounge area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen for personalised gourmet service.
Outside, a large veranda invites relaxation, with outdoor seating areas, a braai (African barbecue) and a fire pit, perfect for gathering together.
An enclosed garden surrounds the house, offering security and space. The private pool is ideal for cooling off after safaris.

For your children

Children of all ages are welcome at Safari House. The enclosed grounds and exclusive-use stay make the experience ideal for families, with freedom to explore and guaranteed safety in the garden.

Rooms

Safari House has 3 bedrooms, each fitted with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with hot shower, and a warm decor blending modern comfort with African touches. The spaces are generous and designed for rest after a day of safari.
From April 2026, a fourth bedroom will be added, increasing capacity for families and groups to up to nine people (6 adults and 3 children).

Activities offered

Safari House offers a range of complimentary and paid activities, centred on wildlife and nature.
With your private guide and vehicle, set out on morning and afternoon game drives to observe elephants, lions, white and black rhinoceros, cheetahs and other iconic species.
Night safaris offer encounters with animals active after sunset.
Also make the most of the two-level photographic hide to observe wildlife at the waterholes.
Bush meals and outdoor picnics round out the experience.
