Tented Safari Camp en Arctique

Layout

The cooks prepare meals using local ingredients, served in the communal dining room or out on safari. To keep your energy up, snacks and hot drinks are also available while you're away from camp.

The lounge and bathroom are shared. Shower water is heated.

For your children

Children aged 15 and over may be admitted at the camp manager's discretion.

Rooms

Each tent is 2 metres high and offers more than 14 m² of living space. Arranged according to the size of the group using them, they have a vestibule, a large opening and enough space for your luggage and photographic equipment. They contain two mattressed beds, sleeping bags, duvets and pillows. Built with two walls, they retain heat on cold days. They are also equipped with heating.

Activities offered

Although your itinerary may change daily depending on weather conditions and sighting opportunities, the main focus of the activities remains the pack ice and its inhabitants, including the famous polar bears, as well as birds and other Arctic wildlife.

Surrounded by snow-capped mountain peaks, observe polar bears up close in pristine splendor as they venture onto the pack ice and climb majestic icebergs. Capture lifelong memories with potential sightings of mother bears and cubs, icebergs, and spectacular northern lights in the evening.
