The Marlborough region is world-renowned for its Sauvignon Blanc, thanks to the soils of the Wairau River valley and its microclimate. You are just minutes from the region's wineries and a short drive from Havelock and its green-lipped mussels, or Picton and Queen Charlotte Sound. Locally, you will also find the remarkable Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre.
