Located 33 km from Hoedspruit, umVangati House is a charming, modern luxury guesthouse with an outdoor pool and a sun-drenched terrace offering panoramic mountain views.
Breakfast is served on the pool terrace, and dinner is available on request. The surrounding area and the Blyde River Canyon offer a range of activities, from hot-air ballooning to elephant-back safaris and hiking.

Layout

The lodge has only a limited number of rooms, to preserve guests' privacy and the wild surroundings of the property.
A pool and a wine cellar complete the property.

Children under 16 are not accepted at UmVangati House.

Rooms

Several room types are available, including Mountain View Suites, King Rooms and Queen Rooms. The Mountain Suites offer greater privacy and superb mountain views, while the luxury rooms (king and queen) sit side by side in the main house.
All rooms have an en-suite bathroom, television, telephone, tea and coffee facilities, mini bar, hairdryer, a work space and a safe. All are air-conditioned.
