Comprising just 8 villas, Wild Grass is set within 25 hectares of unfenced forest home to rabbits, deer, wild boar, monkeys and over 40 bird species, as well as wild elephants.
It's the ideal spot for nature lovers — families with children, couples or honeymooners alike — who want a vacation disturbed only by the sounds of nature, while taking in the ancient history and wonders of the Cultural Triangle.

No trip is complete without tasting authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. The chefs take pride in serving delicious Sri Lankan dishes, day after day. 
Delicious Western dishes are also available, but we strongly recommend trying the local cuisine first!

Rooms

Choose one or more of the 8 spacious luxury or family villas, accommodating 2 to 3 or 4 to 6 people respectively.
The villas were built in natural clearings to preserve the richness of the jungle and avoid disturbing the wildlife living on the property. During construction, the team took care not to touch the largest trees. The understorey was preserved, as this is where most of the animals - large and small - live.
