Papaya Lake Lodge is a fine address surrounded by the lush, green landscapes of Uganda's Great Lakes region. Set between two extinct volcanoes and close to the turquoise waters of Lake Lyantonde and Lake Kifuruka, this lodge offers striking views of the majestic Rwenzori mountain range.

Layout

The lodge comprises nine luxury cottages, a restaurant and a swimming pool on its panoramic terrace.

Rooms

Papaya Lake Lodge offers nine spacious, light-filled chalets. All are set on the slope of the extinct volcano’s crater and command sweeping views over Lake Lyantonde.
Eight of the cottages have two beds (one king-size and one single), a stone bathroom with shower, and a veranda furnished with loungers.
The ninth chalet is a two-storey villa with three bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, a spacious bathroom and a large terrace.
