Kibale
Primate Lodge offers 9 spacious, adjoining luxury cottages, each set deep in the forest for maximum privacy and a natural atmosphere.
For the adventurous, the lodge also offers a remote Sky Tree house (not self-contained) about 200m into the forest. Attached to a giant tree and raised roughly 10 metres above the ground overlooking an elephant meadow, it offers excellent canopy views and is regularly visited by black-and-white colobus monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, and chimpanzees.
Primate Lodge includes a spacious dining terrace, a well-stocked bar, complimentary room service, a secluded lounge with a small library, an evening campfire, and free Wi-Fi in the common areas.
The 9 luxury chalets are comfortable, with two double beds or one king-size bed, a sitting area with two comfortable beds, armchairs, a reading table and a large adjoining veranda with beautiful forest views.
The seven mid-range forest chalets are private and feature a spacious bathroom, two twin beds or a king-size bed, and a large veranda overlooking the rainforest with sun loungers.
Primate Lodge Kibale invites you to discover the wonders of the African jungle, the greatest variety and concentration of primate species found anywhere in Africa, along with the excellent service and hospitality of our warm staff.
