The Residence offers 11 comfortable suites with a calming atmosphere.
The Residence's restaurant makes refined cuisine original. Whether you prefer traditional haute cuisine or a contemporary and fanciful culinary escapade, you'll find plenty to tempt you here. You can dine indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather and your mood. The comfortable bar offers a quintessentially tropical retreat, with cocktails that recall the era of Maugham and Hemingway or evoke flavours of the future. There is also a well-stocked cigar bar and several quiet meeting spaces.
A large garden, a pool, and a gym are also available for you to meet and unwind. 

Rooms

The Residence has ten 75 m² Park Suites and the 176 m² Residence Suite, all tastefully furnished. Expect generous spaces filled with every luxury amenity. Warm lighting, richly decorated furniture and rugs bring serenity and ease. Each suite comprises a living room, a bedroom, a private bathroom and a private outdoor dining area. All suites are equipped with a large flat-screen television, Wi-Fi, a minibar, an espresso machine and tea-making facilities with a selection of Sri Lanka’s finest. The luxurious bathrooms feature a rain shower and large basins.
