MALACCA
Malacca is an excellent introduction to discovering the Malay Peninsula.
After passing through traditional villages, fruit orchards and rubber plantations, you’ll stop for a tea or coffee tasting, depending on your preference, accompanied by traditional cakes.
Then it’s time to wander the narrow streets of Malacca’s old quarter, still home to scrap metal dealers and goldsmiths, before visiting the Chinese temples that make this city a true open-air museum of popular arts and traditions.
A 2-night stay at the heart of history.

KUALA LUMPUR
We offer an unconventional visit to Kuala Lumpur, exploring the oldest Malay village, where you’ll discover typical wooden houses on stilts dating from the early 20th century.
You’ll get there by public transport — a genuine experience! From there, you’ll set off on foot through the village’s lanes, where the pace feels closer to the countryside than to a major capital, with fruit trees growing along the streets.
A short ride will take you to the entrance of Kuala Lumpur’s oldest forest reserve. From here your walk through the forest begins, ending at the base of the famous “KL Tower”, where lunch is served at over 280 m high with a fine view of the Petronas Twin Towers.
Then comes a nature-focused afternoon at Kuala Selangor, not far from the Strait of Malacca, starting with a stop at the new King’s Palace.
Next come rubber and palm oil plantations. If you wish, you can try tapping a rubber tree to collect the latex yourself!
At the top of the hill, you’ll meet silvered leaf monkeys, which you can hand-feed without concern.
After dinner at a wooden restaurant on stilts, at nightfall you’ll travel by boat through the mangrove to see colonies of fireflies lighting up the trees like Christmas trees.
Your 3-night stay will certainly be rich in discoveries!

CAMERON HIGHLANDS
Made famous by the disappearance of Jim Thompson in the late 1960s, the Cameron Highlands have long been a kind of retreat for holidaymakers. Before the invention of air conditioning, colonials and expatriates from Kuala Lumpur and Singapore came here to enjoy the cool mountain air.
Cameron Highlands is a range of hills full of history and character.
It’s also the ideal place to discover medicinal plants between dips in the Iskander waterfall. Not to mention the sweeping views over the tea plantations, and the chance to delve into history with a visit to a former tea processing factory.
A 2-night stop is planned amid these unique landscapes.

IPOH AND PENANG
Before reaching Penang, you’ll stop for a night in Ipoh, following a lovely route lined with bamboo orchids and offering fine views over the jungle ahead.
Then on to Penang, with an essential stop in one of Malaysia’s most beautiful royal towns: Kuala Kangsar, with its marble “Ubudiah” mosque and the former palace known as “Istana Kenangan”, a striking building blending Western and Eastern architecture.
Penang is reached by ferry.
Visit the old town of Georgetown (a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
This city, Malaysia’s first British trading post, has preserved much of its colonial heritage.
3 nights in Penang won’t be too many to see it all — just enough to make you want to come back!

BELUM
We suggest ending in style with a 2-night adventure aboard a houseboat at the heart of the Belum Rainforest Reserve.
The Belum forest, four times the size of Singapore, is one of the oldest rainforests in the world, and one of Malaysia’s best-kept secrets.
Belum is home to a number of unique and endangered species, such as the Sumatran rhinoceros, the Malayan tiger, the white-handed gibbon, wild pythons, the Malayan tapir, the Rafflesia flower, and ten species of hornbill.
The presence of numerous mineral licks supports the health and wellbeing of the animals, as they provide an important food source, particularly for certain waterbirds and ducks. All this makes Belum Park a remarkable destination for nature lovers and environmental advocates alike.
