REYKJAVIK
Arrival at Keflavik International Airport, where your driver is waiting to take you to your next destination: the Blue Lagoon.
The Blue Lagoon: one of Iceland’s renowned attractions, a geothermal bathing site powered by the country’s volcanic activity.
Entry to the site, an explanation of how the baths work, relaxation and a change of scenery guaranteed from the moment you arrive.
After this moment of relaxation, transfer to the city of Reykjavik and dinner at one of the city’s picturesque restaurants.
WATER AND FIRE: GEYSIR, GULLFOSS AND THINGVELLIR
On the road to the Golden Circle and the exceptional sites of Geysir with its famous geysers, the powerful Gullfoss waterfall, and the Thingvellir tectonic rift — three of the country’s major sites.
After lunch, you’ll head to a farm for a visit where you’ll learn the secrets of the world-renowned Icelandic horse, and, if you feel like it, try a short ride.
Night in the South region at one of the top one hundred hotels in Europe.
ICE AND GEOTHERMAL ENERGY
Heading East, crossing vast glacial plains where majestic waterfalls and impressive glaciers follow one another. It’s on one of these ice fortresses that your driver will take you, along the tracks, to reach one of the terminal moraines of Myrdalsjökull.
From our base, we’ll travel by snowmobile across the glacier, aiming to reach, conditions permitting, the edge of the gigantic caldera of the Katla volcano before returning to your vehicle and finding a suitable spot for lunch.
After this glacial adventure, head East past the mountains dominated by one of the most famous volcanoes of recent years: Eyjafjallajökull, the volcano whose ash caused the air travel disruptions of spring 2010.
VATNAJOKULL NATIONAL PARK – GLACIER LAGOON
An exceptional day exploring the South coast. Morning dedicated to visiting this grandiose region of mountains and glaciers. This is home to Iceland’s highest point, Hvannadalsnjukur, “the peak of angelica”, the island’s highest summit (2,110 m). Optional discovery via an easy glacier walk.
A walk at Jökulsarlon (or an optional boat ride) to witness the incredible spectacle of icebergs cracking, melting and, carried by the tide, making their way out to sea.
Return to Reykjavik and dinner at one of the city’s very good restaurants.

During your stay, you’ll be accompanied by your French-speaking driver with a thorough knowledge of the country, as well as guides for the various activities.
In each discipline, specialised professionals are responsible for supervision and ensure everything runs smoothly.
For the main journeys between sites, a 4×4 vehicle is used.
For some of the locations visited, it is necessary to use specific vehicles capable of handling certain tracks or driving onto the glaciers.
