TORONTO
You will spend 2 nights in an elegant hotel located in the heart of downtown.

Toronto, Toronto, Canada

Toronto, Canada

Toronto

Toronto offers everything you'd expect from a world-class metropolis: exceptional restaurants on Queen Street West, boutiques in the upscale Yorkville neighbourhood, Kensington Market, the Royal Ontario Museum or the iconic CN Tower are just a few examples of what the city has to offer.
The city is also marked by its ethnic diversity, said to include some 100 different nationalities and ethnicities: from Chinatown to Greektown, Little Italy to Little India, Little Portugal to First Nations communities, you can easily travel the world here.

NIAGARA REGION
You will then head to the famous Niagara Falls. Expecting cascades of water deep in the forest? Not quite. Here, everything has been designed for the traveller: hotels, restaurants, towering structures offering vertiginous panoramas. Niagara Falls, an astonishing natural extravagance! You will take a breathtaking boat excursion into the heart of the magnificent Niagara Gorge and its falls, one of the most impressive natural spectacles in the world. The boats push against the current, but tasting the spray thrown up by the deafening torrent is well worth the detour.
You will then continue on to Niagara-on-the-Lake, a quintessentially “British” small town where you can shop in charming, immaculate boutiques. Fine residences from the Loyalist period have been preserved here, and the region is also known for its vineyards and famous ice wines. You will spend the night in a historic hotel full of character. The next day, a getaway into wine country awaits: a private vineyard visit, tastings of wine, ice wine and artisanal cheeses, all in an enchanting setting.

La gastronomie locale, les brasseries et les vignobles, Vignobles dans l'Ontario, Canada

Vignobles dans l'Ontario, Canada

La gastronomie locale, les brasseries et les vignobles

In recent years, eastern Canada's culinary heritage has experienced marked growth. This movement could even be described as a gastronomic revolution. This culinary enthusiasm is reflected in the international reputation of numerous Quebec chefs, the sheer number of recipe books flying off the shelves, the growing number of renowned restaurants, the popularity of food events, gastronomic festivals of every kind, the diversification of culinary culture, and more.

The success of Quebec cuisine lies in the quality and diversity of its produce: delicious berries; well-rooted vegetables  ; wild-harvested plants; more than 500 varieties of cheese; an endless array of seafood; game and meats; and, of course, maple delicacies... Quebec also boasts a wide range of local drinks. From microbrewery beers to every type of cider and dessert wine, meads or maple-based drinks — let yourself be tempted by the sheer variety of options!

Ontario, for its part, is home to around a hundred varied wine estates in the south of the province: the Niagara-on-the-Lake region, the north shore of Lake Erie, Pelee Island, and Prince Edward County. The province is known for its innovative wines, but you'll also discover more unusual gems, such as fruit stands, parks and historic sites. Even if its total area of 1,076,395 km² might seem dizzying, the charm of its terroir will quickly make you forget that, offering every pleasure of a traditional wine-growing environment.

ALGONQUIN PROVINCIAL PARK
The essence of Algonquin Park lies in its vast interior, characterised by maple-covered hills, rocky ridges and thousands of lakes. The best way to explore the park’s interior is by canoe or on foot. Within the park, you will also enjoy hiking, fishing, and observing moose and birds as they return in spring.
You will spend 3 relaxing days nestled in the heart of Algonquin Park at a small lakeside resort. Full board and a range of activities are included: canoes, kayaks, sailboats and tennis courts, as well as marked trails for observing local wildlife and flora. You can also swim in the lake. Rooms are set up in rustic log cabins, each with a sitting area and private terrace. A real breath of fresh air!

OTTAWA
You will then make your way to the city of Ottawa for a 2-night cultural stop.

Ottawa, Ville de Ottawa, Canada

Ville de Ottawa, Canada

Ottawa

Enjoy the calm and exceptional beauty of Canada's capital. Even downtown, nature is never far away, and you can take part in outdoor activities right outside your hotel or in the surrounding countryside. A cosmopolitan yet tranquil city, Ottawa is known for its warm welcome and pedestrian-friendly appeal.

Downtown Ottawa offers countless possibilities: dinners, cultural visits or shopping will punctuate your stay in the Canadian capital. At Parliament Hill, the Canadian War Museum or the Canadian Museum of History, you can deepen your knowledge of the country's history, while at the National Gallery of Canada, an architectural marvel of glass and granite, you can admire an art collection spanning all horizons.

MONTEBELLO AND OMEGA PARK
Not far from Ottawa, head to Montebello, in the Outaouais region, home to the renowned Omega animal park. A 15 km driving route winds through a 2,200-acre territory of varied landscapes, taking in lakes, meadows, valleys, forests and rocky hills. From behind the wheel of your car, set off on a photo safari. Take advantage of the walking and forest interpretation trails to stretch your legs and get a closer look at deer, fallow deer and other species.
It is here, deep in the forest, that you will experience an unusual night in Omega Park’s new accommodation: the wolf cabin. Large panoramic windows offer an unobstructed view of these remarkable wild canids.

Cabane des loups au Parc Oméga

Located within Omega Park in Quebec, between Ottawa and Montreal, the wolf cabin allows visitors, as its name suggests, a memorable face-to-face encounter with these mythical animals. Settled into an armchair or lying on your bed facing a glass façade, you can watch the pack approach your cabin and, under the glow of the moonlight, hear its long howls.

The wolf cabin, part of Omega Park, grants access to the park's facilities. These include an observation tower and walkway for wildlife viewing, a communal building equipped for cooking 24/7 with everything you need, a shop, several restaurants and picnic areas where the park's deer wander freely, as well as a vegetable garden.

LAURENTIANS
The Laurentians, a destination of choice for food lovers, offer an abundance of local produce that chefs know how to make the most of. Pastoral landscapes set the scene for gourmet getaways where aromas, colours and exquisite flavours will surprise you. Swim in crystal-clear waters, explore the vast Laurentian forest and live in the moment across two national and regional parks. With close to 9,000 lakes and rivers, this region is both a vast playground and a haven of tranquillity.
You will spend 2 nights in a log-built inn with an indoor heated pool and large bay windows. Half board and numerous outdoor activities are included: rowboats, kayaks, canoes, pedal boats, mountain bikes, hiking trails, volleyball and badminton. Eat, play and sleep to your heart’s content.

MONTREAL
It is in the Old Port district, a vibrant hub of local life, that you will find the boutique hotel where your journey will come to a fitting close.

Montréal, Ville de Montréal, Canada

Ville de Montréal, Canada

Montréal

In Montreal, tradition and dynamism are one and the same: cosmopolitan yet welcoming, Quebec's largest metropolis is a blend of cultures, flavours and stories coming to life in a relaxed atmosphere. A small French colony founded in 1642 once stood on the site of present-day Old Montreal, a district where you can take the pulse of a historic past. In the Old Port, among fashion boutiques, trendy restaurants, microbreweries and wine bars, Place d'Armes — home to the statue of the city's founder, Paul de Chomedey — and Place Jacques-Cartier preserve the city's foundations.

From the top of Mont Royal, which rises serenely right in the city centre, Montreal unfolds at your feet. Beyond downtown, the city as a whole, renowned for its open-mindedness, is a mosaic of neighbourhoods with varied architecture and influences: Chinatown, the Latin Quarter and the Village make Montreal, above all, a city of distinct boroughs.
